Job summary

Accenture Strategy in the United States seeks a senior strategy consultant with deep banking industry experience to lead growth and transformation agendas. You will work with senior leadership to shape operating models, pricing, and digital transformation while delivering practical, measurable outcomes.

You will build relationships with client executives, guide analytics and market insights, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience.
• Minimum 4 years with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payments institutions.
• Minimum 3 years delivering analytics or digital technology projects.
• Minimum 4 years leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing consulting or project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements with actionable outcomes.
• Lead teams delivering business, operations, and technology strategy for banking clients.
• Build relationships with senior client leaders and stakeholders.
• Advise on market growth, client segmentation, and payments strategies.
• Integrate AI into engagement delivery and advise on value opportunities.
• Provide quantitative analysis and research to support recommendations.
• Contribute to Accenture Banking practice through thought leadership.
• Mentor junior Strategy team members.
• Travel may be required based on client demand.
