Accenture Consulting is seeking a Investment Banking Management Consulting Consultant to lead and support large-scale transformation programs for investment banks, spanning business, operating model, process, people, and technology changes. You will craft deliverables, analyze data, and help shape future-ready solutions across trading lifecycle.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or related roles specializing in Investment Banking.
2+ years of external consulting/program management experience on large-scale programs at sell-side institutions.

Responsibilities

Assist and collaborate with senior leaders to execute large-scale transformation programs at investment banks across business, operating model, process, people, and technology change.
Develop deliverables such as presentations and reports to enable end-to-end client transformation across trading lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office, Technology & Operations).
Conduct research and analysis to generate insights for strategic decision-making and strategy development.
Support sell-side clients in developing high-performance, future-ready solutions including digital assets and tokenization initiatives.
Understand evolving sell-side trends, client needs, and deliver high-impact technology-enabled initiatives.
