Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting or banking transformation
• Experience guiding C-suite through critical decisions
• Deep expertise across operating model transformation, digital disruption, lending, treasury management, payments, and client experience
• Direct ownership of senior client or C-suite relationships
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategy or transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements spanning growth and operating model transformation.
• Set direction for large multi-workstream transformation programs across banking and capital markets.
• Advise C-suite to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships as a long-term partner.
• Identify AI, digital assets, fintech trends and translate into client opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership through POVs and knowledge platforms.
• Set the AI agenda on engagements and connect client needs to Accenture capabilities.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Consultants through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate across Accenture to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Travel up to 80% based on client demand.
