Job summary

TD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bellmawr, NJ to lead day-to-day service, sales and operations at the store level. You will guide a team to build customer relationships through TD's model of convenience, personalized advice, and proactive product recommendations.

The role requires 2+ years in customer or sales roles, supervisory experience preferred, and a strong focus on delivering Legendary Customer Service with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active NMLS registration status to discuss loan products.

Responsibilities
