Qualifications

• Over 3 years’ experience in bank sales or service environment.
• English required; second language skills may be required in some markets.
• High School diploma or GED required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and cashier’s checks.
• Research and resolve end-of-day banking center balancing issues.
• May operate ATM, cash recycler, drive thru and night drop functions.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance on the Bank’s platform, including debit card issuance and KYC completion.
• Review customer activity for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and related policies.
• Originate new credit requests and respond to loan inquiries as needed.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and audit controls.
