Orrstown Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist II to serve as a primary representative for the financial center, handling client requests and new accounts with a focus on service quality and risk controls.

The role emphasizes strong conversation skills, discovery with clients, and maintaining effective partner relationships to meet goals while ensuring accurate teller operations and branch support.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related banking positions.
• NMLS Registry required post hire.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual goals through client conversations and financial need exploration.
• Identify sales and service to sales opportunities.
• Engage in outbound calling activities to clients to support strategies.
• Perform teller transactions accurately and balance cash drawer as needed.
• Assist with branch opening and end‑of‑day processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency with operating systems for new accounts and service transactions.
• In absence of Branch Executive Officer, oversee branch tasks like vault, cash shipments, and ATM cash management.
• Mentor new associates through onboarding and job shadowing.
