Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Compliance training and bank policies familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts including but not limited to checking, savings, and related basic services.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily; assist with branch duties as needed.
• Adhere to bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures.
