Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals.
• Teller experience preferred; cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and sales/service solutions.
• Handle teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Educate customers on bank products and services.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; refer across lines of business.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and referrals to achieve branch goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Atlantic Union Bank policies.
