Qualifications

• Experience delivering needs-based conversations to build customer loyalty.
• Knowledge of bank products and ability to reference multiple lines of business.
• Proficiency with digital channels and educating customers on their use.
• Ability to drive proactive sales through outreach and referrals.
• Capability to acquire new customers while deepening existing relationships.
• Strong sales/referral abilities to meet branch targets.
• Ability to partner with Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, Treasury Management.
• Ability to uncover and provide lending solutions.
• Customer problem resolution across deposit, credit, and services.
• Monitor performance via scorecards and adjust as needed.
• Perform teller duties and cash handling with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies and related procedures.
• Manage risk and handle complex branch operations.

Responsabilités

• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, including other lines of business.
• Proficient with digital channels and educate customers on their use (Zoom, Online/Mobile Banking, etc.).
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and appointments.
• Acquire new customers while deepening relationships with existing ones.
• Demonstrate effective sales/referral skills to meet branch goals.
• Partner with other lines of business to refer customer needs (Mortgage, Investments, etc.).
• Identify lending needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution across products and services.
• Review performance via scorecards and adjust to meet targets.
• Perform teller functions and cash transactions; balance cash daily.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML policies.
• Manage risk by following policies and exercising sound judgement.
• Handle complex branch operational duties as assigned.
