We are currently seeking a full-time Banking Specialist to join our Wilmington Branch team.

• Excellent Customer Service skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a satisfying customer experience by fulfilling service requests and providing efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Present features and benefits of products and services to customers with differing needs
• Open new deposit accounts and verify process changes to existing accounts using knowledge of sales, products, benefits, account ownership forms and RCB procedures

This position offers a 37.5-hour work schedule, designed to be fulfilled within the branch's defined operating hours.

• Monday 8:30 - 4:30
• Tuesday 8:30 - 4:30
• Wednesday 8:30 - 4:30
• Thursday 8:30 - 4:30
• Friday 8:30 - 4:30
• Saturday 9:00 - 12:00
