The role emphasizes knowledge of consumer lending processes, banking software proficiency, and a willingness to travel between branch locations for support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in retail banking or financial sales.
• Knowledge of banking software, rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' financial needs and provide banking solutions.
• Clearly explain product and service benefits, requirements, and restrictions.
• Manage customer accounts including opening and closing accounts.
• Possess knowledge of policy and processes for consumer lending products.
• Run teller transactions, manage a cashbox, and assist in branch operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Attend seminars and meetings as requested by Branch Manager.
• Travel to any branch location for support as requested by management.
• Assist in special projects or other assignments as requested.
