Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact, serving customers' total financial service needs and opportunities.
• Process a broad range of banking center activities including transactions and customer servicing.
• Support sales objectives by cross-selling Bank products to expand and maintain relationships.
• Assist management with day-to-day transactions, reporting, and responding to inquiries.
• Comply with Bank policy and state/federal banking regulations; maintain security policies.
• Represent the bank in community affairs and civic organizations.
