Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of cash handling experience.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and record routine customer transactions accurately and promptly.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to generate new business.
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other banking products.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Count and balance cash drawers; balance work before sending transactions.
• Handle ATM, mail, and night-drop deposits and related processing.
• Set up online banking for personal and business accounts; assist with new account openings.
• Promote and refer United Bank products and services and build customer relationships.
