Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence required; some college is a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in financial needs-based conversations and assist with product openings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and trust-building.
• Identify referrals and partner with branch associates and external partners.
• Assist with resolving complex banking issues while owning the interaction.
• Support branch operations and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through targeted activities.
