Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on banking security equipment such as security cameras, access control, alarm systems, banking drive-up equipment, vaults, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, and more. Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to promote our colleague-first culture.
2. Specialize in locksmith, drive-up, or electronic systems, including installation, repair, and support of banking security equipment.
3. Install, program, test, repair, and maintain various security systems and equipment.
4. Troubleshoot and repair remote, audio, and video equipment; support network systems.
5. Handle installations, customer service calls, and emergency repairs.
6. Estimate costs, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain equipment.
7. Adhere to safety policies and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems.
• Understanding of DVRs, NVRs, and electrical systems.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to pass high-level security clearance.
