Formación

• 1+ year customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and balance sales and teller duties.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Fulton policies, maintaining sound judgment within guidelines.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
