• Drive proactive sales/referrals via outbound calls, appointments, and lobby engagement.
• Use CRM to foster conversations and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance; support sales and teller tasks.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions to help customers and resolve problems.
