Qualifications

1+ years customer service or sales experience.
6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and per bank policy.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outreach and lobby engagement.
Use CRM systems to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and support day-to-day operational activities while balancing sales and teller duties.
Ensure compliance with regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment within limits.
Promote digital solutions to support customers and resolve problems.
