Job summary

TS Banking Group in Tioga, ND is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker. You will greet customers, open day-to-day accounts, and promote bank products while supporting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a robust benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401K match, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1 year in a financial institution, cash handling, and sales experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel for work-related events.
• Ability to operate common office equipment and basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, open day-to-day accounts, and promote bank products.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
• Cross-sell products and refer to sales officers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Provide WoW client service with accurate processing of transactions.
