Job summary

The Bank of Tioga in Crosby, ND is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker to support customer needs and promote bank products. You will greet customers, open accounts, handle basic transactions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless experience.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to cross-sell services and grow within TS Banking Group. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and basic financial experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• One year of work experience in a financial institution or cash handling is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operating activities and account openings.
• Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
• Cross-sell bank products to new and existing customers.
• Promote bank products and greet customers entering the branch.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
