Job summary

The Bank of Tioga in Crosby, ND is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker to greet customers, open accounts, and promote bank products. You will work with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience and help meet sales targets.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with potential for growth through cross-selling, cash handling, and adherence to banking regulations. Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further training preferred.
• One year of work experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell to customers.
• Open day-to-day accounts and handle transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide WOW client service and accurate processing of transactions.
