Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with bank and supervisor directions.
• Be accountable for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay outs, balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Inspect cash to guard against counterfeit checks and identification.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
