The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and responsive service, including opening accounts, handling deposits and transfers, and referring clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and compliant with federal/state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues; support three-ring standard (live phones within three rings).
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance; handle office capture duties.
• Open new accounts; process paperwork and verify credentials.
• Provide client support for general service including cards, wires, transfers, etc.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations; monitor reports for operational excellence.
• Provide operational support to Office Leader and assist team as needed.
