Job summary

Bank of America in Los Angeles is seeking a client-focused associate to engage lobby clients, educate on self-service banking, and process cash transactions accurately. You will build relationships to meet financial goals, follow compliant processes, and collaborate with experts in lending and investments to expand client solutions.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills, weekend/extended hours availability, and a commitment to a positive client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or business-related Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follows established processes to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
