Job summary

CEN in the United States (Florida) seeks a Reconciliation Clerk to balance teller cash and related bank accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will work with branch staff to resolve balancing issues and ensure accurate entries.

Responsibilities include reconciling internal accounts, preparing CDARS-related entries, and serving as a backup for repurchase program processing. The role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting and related systems.
• Equivalent of four years in high school and college-related training plus 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller cash and other cash items with GL accounts and all related bank correspondence.
• Reconcile internal accounts including cashiers' checks, expense checks and CD interest checks.
• Prepare daily entries for CDARS interest and update weekly renewals and additions.
• Assist with acquisitions related to primary job functions and research issues.
• Communicate with branch staff regarding GL account issues and outages.
