WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Reconcilement Specialist to manage daily and monthly reconciliations for GL accounts, internal DDAs, and control accounts. You will alert the Reconcilement Supervisor to any out-of-balance conditions and take action to resolve outages.

You will collaborate with peers, adapt processes, learn new systems, and ensure timely, accurate entries while complying with bank policies and regulations. Strong organizational skills and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of GL accounts, internal DDAs, and control accounts.
• Ensure accurate processing of reconciliations and clear discrepancies within established timeframes.
• Research discrepancies and partner with business lines to resolve entries.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to improve processes and adapt to new technology.
• Maintain consistency with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
