Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Product Management to give real-world banking exposure. You will support product strategy, research, and documentation across commercial and consumer portfolios, with opportunities to lead projects and present results to peers and senior leaders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a 4-year degree in business or related fields, have strong communication skills, and are authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for employee-facing benefits and payroll communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist product managers with research, analysis, and documentation of banking product offerings.
• Gather and organize product requirements, process flows, and competitive insights.
• Help update product documentation, assets, backlogs, roadmaps, and other materials.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, Digital Banking, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to support product initiatives.
• Assist with data collection and basic analysis to identify trends, adoption patterns, and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, business cases, product updates, training materials, and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Learn product management practices in banking, focusing on client experience, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree candidate in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/Product Management/Data Analytics
