Job summary

Augustus seeks a Senior Product Manager to own Banking Experience—accounts, API, and dashboard. You will drive end-to-end product strategy for a modern programmable bank, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver rapid, customer-centric interfaces.

You will work from New York or Berlin or relocate, shaping the roadmap, working with early customers, and pushing for breakthrough account and dashboard experiences in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience end-to-end owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products.
• Technical enough to spar on architectural decisions with engineers - you're comfortable in API design discussions, not just UI reviews.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles - you've pitched, demoed, and closed early adopters yourself.
• Based in New York or Berlin or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own Banking Experience roadmap and oversee accounts, API, and dashboard.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to develop Augustus platform to meet customer needs.
• Operate with full autonomy on your team's roadmap.
