Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Project Manager/Delivery Lead for Banking Operations in Charlotte, NC, with a 12+ month contract and a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

You will facilitate project meetings, manage enhancements, ensure training and communications, and coordinate with leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of delivery experience, strong written and oral communication, and proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings.
• Manage enhancements and assess impact on Operations.
• Ensure updates, demos, training, and communications for each enhancement.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to resolve.
• Liaise with leadership as needed.
