Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine account requests (opening/modifying/closing accounts, transfers, cards).
• Collect customer’s identification documents in accordance with KYC policy.
• Maintain and enhance good customer relationships with high quality banking services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Research and resolve customer problems; liaison between departments when necessary.
• Prepare bank correspondences and handling returns.
• Prepare reports (1099, 1042s, W-8, CD Pre-maturity, Foreign Exchange statements).
• Input and maintain debit cards in system.
• Handle daily operation of special depository products (CDARS, ICS, School District Deposit).
• Review and consolidate inactive accounts for abandoned property processing.
• Conduct internal account reconciliation.
