Responsibilities

• Provide support for specific retail operational areas including multiple systems and access.
• Administer function-specific systems and user access for related applications.
• Assist in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and problem solving projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes with positive results.
• Post updates to BannerNet to aid in problem resolution; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
