Job summary

Banner Bank in Moses Lake, WA is hiring a Banker to be the welcoming face of our branch. You will process transactions accurately and help clients achieve their financial goals by introducing suitable Bank products and services.

You will refer clients to Bank specialists as needed, work as a team, and maintain reliability and punctuality while meeting referral standards set by your Manager. The role requires basic PC skills and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Equivalency acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, client service, or sales with established goals.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Refer Bank products and services to help clients meet financial goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate as a team on all assignments.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products during in-person and phone conversations.
