Job summary

Banner Bank seeks a Floating Banker to provide back-up teller and banker support across multiple branches in the Spokane region. You’ll process transactions, deliver exceptional service, and help clients reach their financial goals while upholding policies and procedures.

Expect daily travel to various branches and collaboration with team members. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of teller experience with sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of teller experience with sales experience and established goals.
• Equivalents considered: combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with professionalism and care.
• Refer bank products and services and connect clients with specialists when needed.
• Perform high-quality work with or without direct supervision.
• Travel between branches within a defined geographic region; support back-up teller and personal banker roles.
