Responsibilities

• Lead departmental and enterprise projects in item processing and document imaging.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Monitor workflows, solve processing discrepancies, and balance activities.
• Support fraud detection, returns, risk management, and vendor relations.
