Job summary

ACNB is seeking a Loan Services Specialist to join our Gettysburg operations center onsite. The role focuses on processing loan maintenance, onboarding new loans, and balancing ledgers with a high attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in lending operations, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with loan servicing platforms such as Fiserv and imaging systems like Nautilus. Onsite collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan services, lending operations, or related banking role.
• Strong ability to reconcile accounts, balance ledgers, and spot discrepancies quickly.
• Comfortable working in loan servicing platforms (Fiserv experience a plus) and with digital imaging systems like Nautilus.

Responsibilities

• Keep loan records accurate and up to date for consumer, mortgage, home equity, and commercial loans.
• Balance the books by reconciling daily loan subsystem information, general ledger accounts, unapplied funds, unposted payments, and vendor accounts.
• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy by verifying title policies, mortgages, construction-to-permanent transitions, flood insurance, and credit bureau discrepancies.
• Support lending operations by processing adjustments, modifications, supplemental agreements, escrow analyses, and insurance applications.
• Guide and mentor Loan Services Representatives; assist supervisor with administrative and special projects.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting by reviewing daily loan reports and customer communications for regulatory and operational accuracy.
