Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the performance and budget of multiple client groups in a dynamic, on-site Norfolk office. You will set objectives, analyze metrics, hire, train, and motivate teams to deliver excellent service.

This role requires two years in a managing coach capacity, strong English communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts including overnights.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Managing Coach role or equivalent external experience.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate accurately and clearly.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays and overnights.
• Ability to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to integrate vision and values into operations.
• Ensure productivity of departments and P&L groups to meet SLAs.
• Manage client reporting, billing and forecasting for portfolios.
• Develop strategies to improve processes and productivity.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff; manage performance.
