• Education: 3.4 GPA preferred. Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Rising senior graduating in 2028. Strong analytical and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship activities, including workshops, training sessions, networking opportunities, and special projects.
• Gain exposure to Card Services, cash services, Regulation E dispute processing, ATM operations, and Deposit Operations including ACH, check, and wire processing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and support recommendations for services.
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on operational platforms, and document reviews that support client engagement.
• Collaborate with operations managers, analysts, specialists, and team leaders on active consumer and business initiatives.
• Support efforts to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through appropriate channels.
