Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, and internet software.
• English language knowledge and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, precision, and quality in assigned duties.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to sit, grasp, reach, talk, and hear regularly; stand, walk, lift/carry up to 10 pounds, and stoop/crouch occasionally.
• Ability to clearly see, with or without corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by telephone and internet chat for balance requests, posting issues, online banking, bill payment, password resets, and related inquiries.
• Assist the Libby Operations Officer with account cleanup, summons research, debit card, and year-end correction projects.
• Provide backup support for overdrafts, stop payments, Reg E claims, non-posts, item entry, data entry, payables, and cash letter adjustments.
• Report collection items through Chex System or Collection Bureau Services.
• Collect and distribute daily mail for the Libby Operations department and branch.
• Support branch employees with operational, overdraft, collection, debit card, signature card, and statement issues.
• Process domestic and international wires, including OFAC checks, BSA tracking, posting, review, and record maintenance.
• Maintain correspondent settlement balances and complete daily Fed, UBB, and FHLB settlement entries.
• Perform ICs/CDARS investment accounting, Fed returns data entry, foreign-check cash letters, and General Ledger balancing.
• Manage dormant and inactive signature cards and account reactivation requests.
• Monitor AML alerts, branch CTRs and SARs using Fiserv AML tools.
• Review debit card activity for potential fraud using Enfact and manage related cases.
• Manage monetary instrument, debit card, token, and branch supply inventories.
• Print, review, and distribute banking notices and checks.
• Review remote-capture transactions for scanning accuracy and duplicate items.
• Monitor Cashier’s Checks over $10,000 for accuracy and signing authority.
• Review incoming levies and process related account debits and cashier’s checks.
• Respond to Social Security Verification requests and submit required documentation.
• Manage stop payments and maintain electronic signature card files.
