Job summary

Red Oak Technologies is seeking a Banking Operations Analyst to support corporate banking and treasury operations in Denver, CO on a 6+ month contract. The role focuses on bank account administration, KYC documentation, authorized signers, and coordination with banking partners to ensure smooth account lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Accounting to maintain accurate records, manage signatory changes, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in Banking Operations, Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Bank Account Administration, or related financial function.
• Hands-on with bank account openings and closures.
• Experience with KYC and bank onboarding requirements.
• Experience managing authorized signer changes.
• Knowledge of banking documentation, account maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working directly with banking partners.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank account openings, closures, modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate KYC, onboarding, and bank compliance documentation with partners.
• Process authorized signer and signatory changes.
• Serve as primary contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders on account administration.
• Maintain accurate bank account records, documentation, and governance controls.
• Track pending account requests and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate documentation with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Accounting.
• Support banking operations, treasury processes, and process improvements.
• Ensure activities comply with internal policies and banking requirements.
