Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Process reengineering and mapping experience.
• Experience driving on-time delivery with clear milestones and cross-division coordination.
• Stakeholder alignment on schedules; multi-division, high-visibility initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition to a new Banking partner for divisions/functions handling revenue, deposits, and/or cash processing.
• Coordinate deliverables and resources from banking partner teams and internal representatives.
• Document upfront complete requirements for each division as technology and services are deployed.
• facilitate changes to current processes to leverage new banking technology and streamline activities.
