• Learn Retail functions including processing transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer balancing.
• Shadow the lending process from start to finish and develop loan file knowledge.
• Observe meetings with loan customers and describe loan types and products.
• Prepare underwriting information and apply credit-worthiness analysis based on policy and guidelines.
• View loan processing, servicing and closing, and observe departmental collaboration.
• Gain exposure to Wealth Management services including planning, trusts, retirement plans and investment management.
