Job summary

The Farmers Bank of Willards is seeking a Front Line Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will greet customers, identify banking needs, and process a variety of transactions with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of customer service experience. The role is full-time and on-site, with standard banking hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and determine their banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency exchanges and more, accurately and efficiently.
• Handle requests for stop payments or place holds on funds as needed and required.
• Order checks for customers if necessary.
• Address basic customer inquiries regarding products, services and account information.
• Perform basic customer maintenance, such as address and phone updates.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of banking policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
• Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and services
