Qualifikationen
- 2+ years of banking or related transactional experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers preferred
- Experience with commercial lending, leveraged finance or fund finance will be considered
- North Carolina Bar admission preferred
Aufgaben
- Advising lenders and borrowers on banking and finance transactions
- Supporting commercial lending, acquisition finance and leveraged finance matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan and credit agreements and related financing documents
- Assisting with secured and unsecured lending transactions
- Conducting due diligence and supporting transaction structuring and execution
- Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel and advisers throughout the transaction process
- Managing multiple transactions and discrete workstreams
