Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a sales environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and banking software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily personal and business account services including opening and servicing accounts.
• Greet clients and prospective clients with courtesy and genuine interest.
• Educate customers on products and services and refer suitable banking solutions.
• Provide full-service banking and assist with digital banking issues.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure branch coverage.
• Operate banking tools to troubleshoot card issues and inquiries.
• Conduct account research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support other duties as assigned.
