Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking a data-driven professional to collect, analyze, and interpret production data, publish insights, and maintain dashboards using Encompass and Salesforce. You will support daily user needs, manage data integrity, and collaborate across teams on process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of banking experience, with preference for Encompass and Salesforce familiarity. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5 years banking experience.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production related data from multiple sources and publish insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Encompass/Salesforce) to track KPIs.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Provide day-to-day support to users including troubleshooting and workflow development.
• Maintain Salesforce/Encompass user profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
• Act as liaison to Learning & Development for curriculum on new functionality.
• Conduct routine testing and QA procedures of data systems.
• Assist in creating and monitoring sales campaigns and data distribution.
