Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5 years banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production related data from various sources (DNA, Salesforce, Encompass, etc.), and publish insights and findings.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain Dashboards and other reporting tools (Encompass/Salesforce) to track trends, patterns, and KPIs.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
• Maintain Salesforce/Encompass user profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide day to day support to users, including managing FAQ, troubleshooting, and workflow development.
• Act as liaison to Learning & Development, offering subject matter expertise of new and existing functionality, to assist in curriculum development.
• Conduct routine testing and execute QA procedures of data systems.
• With sales leaders: Create, manage, and monitor sales campaigns, ensuring leads and opportunities are distributed as required, with timely disposition.
• Oversee data transmissions to other entities, vendors, and investors while ensuring data security protocols are honored.
