Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years in retail banking with consumer loan/product experience.
• Encompass and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data from multiple sources and publish insights.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Encompass/Salesforce) to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Maintain Salesforce/Encompass user profiles, permissions, and security.
• Provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting and workflow development.
• QA data systems and support learning and development for new functionality.
• Create/manage sales campaigns with timely lead/opportunity distribution.
• Oversee data transmissions to vendors/investors with security practices.
