Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking a data-focused professional to collect, analyze, and interpret production data from multiple sources and publish insights. You will develop dashboards in Encompass and Salesforce, validate data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies.

The role requires 3+ years in retail banking, with preference for Encompass and Salesforce experience. A hybrid work setup is available, with strong emphasis on accuracy, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years banking experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail banking.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production related data and publish insights.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop and maintain Dashboards and reporting tools (Encompass/Salesforce).
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Maintain Salesforce/Encompass user profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide day-to-day support to users, including FAQ and troubleshooting.
• Act as liaison to Learning & Development for curriculum support.
• Conduct routine testing and QA of data systems.
• With sales leaders, manage campaigns and ensure leads/dispositions.
• Oversee data transmissions to vendors/investors while ensuring security.
• Comply with regulations and bank policies; participate in compliance training.
