• Maintain accurate customer records by posting transactions and opening new accounts.
• Provide customer support in person and by phone, handling inquiries and online banking questions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily work for accuracy.
• Research transaction discrepancies or missing items as needed.
• Review reports to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote bank products and make referrals to appropriate departments.
