Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers.
• Balance teller drawer with high accuracy daily.
• Issue cashier’s checks, Gift Cards, and Debit Cards and sell Travelers Checks.
• Process cash advances and redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.
• Receive checking and savings deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
• Examine checks and determine funds availability per regulations.
• Cross-sell products and refer customers to other departments.
• Open new accounts, CDs/IRA and Safe Deposit Boxes.
